Must be at least 18 years old
The learner must have a license
Applications must be submitted only 30 days after obtaining a permanent driver’s license or within 180 days of obtaining a learner’s license.
Must be aware of all traffic rules
Must be at least 20 years of age when applying for a commercial driving license.
